1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to:

  • Active subscriptions: Your account must not have been previously terminated for violations of our Terms of Service

2. Recurring Subscriptions

2.1 Monthly Billing

FreshPilled subscriptions are billed monthly at $29/month. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel.

2.2 No Refunds for Renewal Periods

IMPORTANT: After the initial 30-day guarantee period, subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Renewal charges after your first month
  • Partial month refunds
  • Unused portion of your subscription

2.3 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Log in to your account and go to Settings
  • Select "Cancel Subscription"
  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made

3. Non-Refundable Items and Situations

Subscription fees are non-refundable after the 30-day guarantee period expires, except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

3.2 Partial Periods

We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month, you will have access until the end of your billing period, but no prorated refund will be issued.

3.3 Multiple Accounts

The 30-day guarantee applies only to your first subscription. If you've previously subscribed, cancelled, and resubscribed, you are not eligible for another refund.

3.4 Violations of Terms

No refunds will be issued if your account is terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to:

3.5 Chargebacks
